Rates- As we are a small, family-run business, we do not have set rates. Our prices vary according to time of year and number of people visiting Pai at any 1 time. For current rates please contact us by phone or email.
Seasons – As a general rule, high season is from November to March. Low season from April to October. July and August tend to be busier than other low season months.
Long-term Stay Discounts- If you plan to stay in Pai for more than 1 week, please let us know. We may be able to offer you a discounted price. Please note that if we offer you a discount, we will expect you to pay for the whole of your stay in advance and discounts will not be available at the busiest times of year.
Extra Guests- Our rooms and prices are designed with 2 people in mind. If you wish to sleep 3 people in a room, an extra mattress can be provided. There will be an additional cost of 50-100 baht per night, depending on the time of year. We don’t allow more than 3 people to sleep in any room/bungalow.
